Agreement basics
- Customer must provide accurate name, phone, and pickup address.
- Service begins only after route approval and payment terms are confirmed.
- Weekly pickup covers normal household bagged trash only unless otherwise quoted.
- Customer is responsible for safe set-out and approved pickup location.
- Bulk items, extra bags, cleanouts, and special hauling require quote or approval.
- Hazardous or prohibited materials are not accepted.
- Missed pickups caused by late set-out, blocked access, animals, or unapproved materials may require a return fee.
- Monthly service may be paused for nonpayment.
