Pickup Rules
Clear rules keep pickup fast and consistent.
These customer rules help avoid missed pickups, surprise fees, and unsafe loads.
Included household trash
- Normal bagged household trash
- Up to 6 bags unless your plan says otherwise
- Flattened cardboard and normal boxes
- Trash placed at the approved pickup spot
- Ready by 7 AM on pickup day
Needs approval or quote
- Furniture, mattresses, appliances, or bulk items
- Construction debris or remodeling material
- Brush, limbs, yard waste, or storm debris
- Heavy bags, loose trash, or trailer-load jobs
- More than the included bag limit
Not accepted in regular pickup
- Hazardous chemicals, paint, oil, fuel, or batteries
- Medical waste or sharp objects
- Loose liquids or leaking bags
- Dead animals
- Illegal dumping or unknown materials
Missed pickup prevention
- Have trash out before the route starts
- Keep dogs secured during pickup
- Use bags that can be lifted safely
- Tell us ahead of time if you have extra items
- Keep the pickup spot visible from the road when possible
