Service policy

Weekly household service

Regular service covers normal tied household trash at the volume and pickup point approved when service starts. Pickup is normally Tuesday.

Separate approval

Furniture, mattresses, appliances, construction debris, heavy materials, yard debris, and cleanout loads require advance approval and separate pricing.

Access and safety

Customers must provide a safe, accessible pickup point. Service may be delayed or declined when roads, gates, animals, weather, loose waste, or other conditions prevent safe collection.

Rates

Online rates are estimates until the stop, route capacity, access, and pickup point are approved.
