Service policy

Weekly household service

Regular service covers normal tied household trash at the volume and pickup point approved when service starts. Pickup is normally Wednesday.

Separate approval

Furniture, mattresses, appliances, construction debris, heavy materials, yard debris, and cleanout loads require advance approval and separate pricing.

Access and safety

Customers must provide a safe, accessible pickup point. Service may be delayed or declined when roads, gates, animals, weather, low branches, unsafe surfaces, or other conditions make pickup impractical or unsafe.

Route approval

An online estimate does not guarantee service. County Road Trash confirms the stop, route capacity, access, pickup point, and rate before service begins.
