Weekly pickup

Weekly pickup pricing is based on service area, exact road, access, and trash amount. Final price is confirmed by text before service starts.

Payment

Cash and Venmo are accepted. Payment instructions are handled by text through (615) 218-9200.

Bulk items and cleanouts

Bulk items, one-time hauling, shed cleanouts, and garage cleanouts are quoted separately before the job. Cleanouts require visual inspection and have a $100 minimum.

Missed pickup, weather, and road access

Weather, unsafe road conditions, blocked access, loose animals, gates, and route timing may affect pickup. Text as soon as possible if there is a route issue.

Items not accepted

Regular pickup does not include paint, oil, tires, batteries, chemicals, liquids, hot ashes, medical waste, dead animals, hazardous materials, or anything unsafe or illegal to haul.
