Clear rules protect drivers, customers, roads, and disposal compliance.

7 AM rule: All trash must be at the pickup point by 7:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day.
Placement rule: Keep cans and bags visible, accessible, and away from vehicles, mailboxes, pets, and blocked driveways.

Allowed household trash

  • Bagged kitchen and bathroom trash
  • Food packaging and normal household waste
  • Small broken household items that fit in bags
  • Dry, empty containers
  • Flattened cardboard if approved for your plan

Prohibited items

  • × Liquid paint, motor oil, fuel, or chemicals
  • × Car batteries, propane tanks, and hazardous waste
  • × Electronics, TVs, computers, and lightbulbs
  • × Concrete, bricks, drywall, roofing, or remodeling debris
  • × Hot ashes, embers, dirt, rocks, logs, or large branches

Cart placement

Set out by 7:00 AM

Put trash out the night before or early morning.

Keep it reachable

Make sure the truck can safely stop and load without blocked access.

Keep animals secured

Loose dogs or scattered trash can cause missed service.

Do you take yard waste?

Small bagged yard waste may be quoted separately. Large limbs, logs, dirt, rocks, and brush piles require a separate quote.

Do you take mattresses or furniture?

Yes, but not as standard weekly trash. Use the bulk pickup request page for a separate quote.

What happens if prohibited items are in the trash?

The pickup may be skipped until the prohibited items are removed. Hazardous or illegal disposal items cannot be accepted.
